「Evaluation」

A. Screening :
	The organizer will conduct an initial screening of all entries. Any entry that is found to be unreadable, unclear, does not meet the requirements set forth, incomplete participant information, any irregularity, or does not meet the eligibility set forth, may be disqualified by the organizer. Entries that passed the initial screening will be forwarded to the judges for review.

B. Judges :
	Judges for the Taiwan region (review in two stages: preliminary and semifinal) will be related professionals invited by the organizer. Judges for the final will be professionals and scholars from Taiwan and Hong Kong as well as representatives from organizers of both regions; entries in the final will be scored. The organizer and the judges have the right to disqualify any entry or participant that does not satisfy conditions set forth in the requirements. All results are made final by the judges. If no entry meets the standard or quality for award in a category, judges have the right to not grant such award and its prize.
C. Evaluation
	1. Preliminary :
	Creativity—40%; Thematic and concept presentation—40%; image and music—20%
	2. Semifinal and final:
	Creativity—60%; Content—40%
	3. Most Popular Award:
	a. All winning entries from the semifinal will be uploaded to the official website for online voting (five entries per category from Taiwan and Hong Kong). b. Residents from Taiwan and Hong Kong are welcome to vote for their favorite entries online. Each person may cast one vote per category. c. Entry receiving the most votes in its respective category will receive the Most Popular Award.
