I. Foreword

To promote respect for intellectual property rights and foster creative culture, the Taiwan Foundation Against Copyright Theft (TFAcT) and the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Society jointly organize a cross-region creative short film contest. Senior/vocational high school students, college and university students as well as the general public are welcome to produce 30-second shorts aiming at encouraging creativity and enhancing public IPR protection awareness. Outstanding entries from Taiwan and Hong Kong will be evaluated and selected by judges made up of professionals from both regions; winners will be awarded in prizes.
